At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Freight Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our freight services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

">
  • ">
  • Managing NHVAS compliance activities and reporting">
  • Supporting DIFOT performance by managing appointment schedules, reviewing consignments, and liaising with ports and supervisors">
  • Completing key end-of-day tasks, including return container bookings, urgent customer and driver queries, and email monitoring">
  • Managing equipment maintenance schedules and defect repairs to minimize downtime">
  • Maintaining customer portals to ensure accurate documentation and delivery schedules">
  • Monitoring MDT compliance daily and escalating non-compliance issues as required">
  • Providing relief support for Train Wire debriefs when needed">
  • Partnering with the FCL Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient freight operations">
  • Liaising with customers to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure a positive service experience">
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks and data entry to support daily freight operations">
