Tanner Menzies is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our biggest Health and Wellness brand. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand growth strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, and supply chain, to ensure timely and optimal results for all new product development projects
  • Work effectively with internal and external media agencies and suppliers to develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies
  • Utilize data and market research to gain consumer insights and inform marketing decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including TGA guidelines
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG food industry or pharmacy OTC products
  • Passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on individuals' health journeys
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, including TV, print, and social media
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting
  • Degree qualifications in business or marketing
