**The Company**
You will be working for a leading skincare company whose brands and products are sold nationally through pharmacies. With a long-standing reputation for offering unique skincare solutions suited to Australian consumers, they focus on developing products using effective ingredients at therapeutic levels. **The Role**
The Brand Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all facets of end-to-end Brand Management. Working with a collaborative management team and being part of a cross-functional team, you will run brand/product launches, create new product developments, and manage marketing campaigns for a portfolio including cosmeceutical, therapeutic and after-sun skincare brands. You will be a self-starter who is looking for a hands-on role where you have the opportunity to innovate, can work autonomously and as part of a team to drive company goals.

**_Duties_**
- Plan, execute, and manage brand plans, targeting both consumers and the pharmacy trade
- Developing and managing brand budgets
- Planning and delivering campaigns across all media channels, including Digital and ATL
- Working with Sales Management on Trade / Category Reviews
- Implementing trade promotional campaigns
- Providing sales team support and liaison, sales aids, merchandising and training materials
- New product development from concept to delivery and go-to-market strategy
- Working with in-house graphic designer and digital marketer to create content and campaign materials
- Working with external marketing and media agencies to manage and execute campaigns
- Conducting regular brand assessment, product analysis and review of market trends

**_Skills and Experience_**
- Prior experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, 2+ years
- Pharmacy and / or Skincare market experience is desirable
- A passion for skincare with a strong work ethic
- Ability to translate corporate and brand strategies into clear, specific objectives
- Execute marketing programs and campaigns based on brand objectives
- Have a good knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Good communicator with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, team members and peers
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage several deliverables at one time
- Work autonomously and within a team and foster a strong team spirit and collaborative approach to your role
