About the Role
As a key member of our team at Agribusiness Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Territory Sales and Business Development Manager to join our client's organization. Reporting to the General Manager Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for building and supporting our microbial business with concentrated efforts through our retail and end-user customers across Victoria and Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth in the horticulture market
- Manage an established portfolio of customers to ensure continued revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Provide customer support, training, and education on our technology and innovation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through demand creation and territory field demonstrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute territory field demonstration campaigns and support new product launches
- Attend key industry meetings and events to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Contribute to the team's success in exceeding annual business budget and manage territory expense budget
