Job Title: Electrical Site Manager

This is a senior role requiring experience in managing electrical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heavy machinery and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site visits to scope jobs, order materials, and review M&E drawings.
  • Creating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Issuing permits and overseeing electricians/subcontractors.
  • Performing safety audits and ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Managing NICEIC certification and electrical completion paperwork.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, strong M&E knowledge.
  • Understanding of permit systems and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • 17th Edition Qualified Electrician, CSCS/ECS card, SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • Proactive, organised, with strong people management skills.
