
Sales Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales skills and drive growth in the financial technology industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in selling our innovative payments platform to small and medium-sized enterprises across various regions.
You will have the chance to present and demonstrate our capabilities, develop relationships with partners, and close new business opportunities within a short sales cycle.
Role Responsibilities- Strategically target new business activity across designated territories
- Achieve set performance targets and revenue goals
- Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Develop strategic account and territory plans
- Nurture partnerships and attend industry events
- Manage pipeline and CRM efficiently
- 5+ years of experience in sales, both phone-based and in-person
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Hunter mentality with a growth mindset
- Driven and engaged individual who strives for improvement and takes pride in results
- Rigor and courage to persist under pressure
- Open and trustworthy, empathetic to feedback, building rapport and customer confidence
- Strong work ethic and flexible approach

This role requires 70% phone time, 10% on-road time, and 20% administration and planning. A driver's license and own car are preferred but not essential. The position can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.
