Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Services Manager to lead and manage our residential services and sales teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aged care industry and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of residential services, ensuring that they are responsive, inclusive and sensitive to diverse resident needs and preferences.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge of our responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019 Australian Work Health & Safety legislation and NSW Food Authority regulation.

This is a full-time permanent role requiring a customer-focused individual with sound business acumen who has a passion for the Aged Care Industry.
