The role of a Property Transaction Officer is pivotal in the effective management of land owned, controlled, or managed by Homes Victoria or the Secretary of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
Key Responsibilities- Acquisition and Divestment Strategies: Implement successful acquisition and divestment strategies for land owned, controlled, or managed by Homes Victoria or the Secretary of the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.
- Team Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and acquire new dwellings, as well as manage divestments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A solid understanding of acquisition and divestment strategies, as well as excellent communication skills, are also essential for success in this role.
