Property Land Manager

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our team.
The role provides opportunities for professional development and growth, working on major infrastructure projects with a focus on land and property management. You will collaborate with internal and external experts in government agencies, local authorities, and private sector organizations.
This position involves supporting the facilitation and management of all matters related to property identification, leasing, and management, as well as disposal and acquisition of land for project purposes. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance to project teams on land and property matters, considering both public and private land.
- Undertaking tasks such as title searches, investigating land status, and identifying project survey needs.
- Managing assets and land within the project area, including negotiating lease agreements, maintaining a property register, and preparing Lease Amendment Deeds and Plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience in land and property disciplines such as valuation, planning, conveyancing, land management, or property surveying. They should be able to work independently, take initiative in project work, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
A strong understanding of project delivery powers under the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009 is highly desirable. We seek individuals who share our purpose in helping transform the way Victorians live, work, and travel.
