Job Overview

This role involves operating and maintaining land and grounds for optimal performance. The Land Management Specialist is a key member of the Land Management team responsible for daily operational duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate mowers, tractors, and other machinery to maintain lawns and gardens.
  • Perform general grounds keeping tasks including cleaning up debris, line marking, and managing injured wildlife.
  • Carry out regular inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and operational readiness.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
  • Experience operating a tractor (under 4.5 tonnes).
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
