Contract Land Manager

This key role involves delivering exceptional administration, data verification, and contract management support to the Lands team. The focus is on ensuring seamless land tenure delivery for network and non-network assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize documentation for easements, leases, licenses, land crossing agreements, purchases, and divestments.
- Support database and document management, handling related transactions, answering queries, and coordinating administration in line with company policies.
- Contribute to improvements in land management systems, processes, and key projects by partnering with the Lands team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a legal secretarial/administrative environment, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
- Ability to apply advanced technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential matters.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
