We are seeking a skilled Import Operations Officer to manage the entire import process from receiving orders to delivery and invoicing.

  • The ideal candidate will provide high-level customer service to Principals and clients, handle phone and email communications, and manage import documentation and invoicing.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office products.
About This Role

This is an opportunity for a dynamic individual to plan and prioritize shipments with specific requirements and deadlines, update systems with shipment information, and liaise with shippers, couriers, warehouse staff, and customers.
