Key Engineering Position:

We are seeking a senior professional to take on a key role in delivering high-impact projects across the Mining & Resources sector.

This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and develop the next generation of engineering talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering design systems and processes, providing expert technical advice, and ensuring design integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop and implement engineering design systems and processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the business in client meetings and provide technical solutions.
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to drive process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in control systems engineering design, leadership, and commissioning within the Mining/Resources sector.
  • Strong technical leadership and people management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of PLC (Rockwell) and SCADA (Citect).
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Australian driver's licence.
