**Electrical Engineer Role Overview**About this electrical engineer role:This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to lead engineering deliverables on various projects and contribute to the growth and development of our company.The successful candidate will have experience in heavy industry electrical and instrumentation design, including reviewing and marking up technical drawings, and be able to prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and designs.Key skills required include expertise in designing electrical and instrumentation equipment for hazardous areas, knowledge of control systems design, project management skills, and ability to work on a diverse range of multi-disciplinary projects including battery minerals and plant optimisation.Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and at least 3-7 years of experience as an engineer in Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as an engineer in Australia
  • Experience in heavy industry electrical and instrumentation design, including reviewing and marking up technical drawings
  • Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and designs
  • Site experience in investigations, commissioning and contractor management
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and regulations
  • Expertise in designing electrical and instrumentation equipment for hazardous areas
  • Knowledge of control systems design
  • Project management skills
