Job Overview

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming store atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 10kg and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
