Key Role Overview

As a senior professional in the field of cost consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. Your expertise in construction and project management will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead on estimating and cost planning, including the creation and presentation of cost plans.
  • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring effective stages are performed, from prequalification to contract preparation.
  • Deliver cost management services that directly influence strategic development and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in quantity surveying or cost management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or equivalent, with a commitment to fellowship.
  • Detailed knowledge of forms of contract.
  • Capex vs Opex cost analysis and advice.
  • Sound understanding of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law, and contractual frameworks relating to construction.
