Key Responsibilities
  • You will be a leading advocate of safety first, accountable for maintaining exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance.
  • You will lead estimating and cost planning, including ownership of and presenting cost plans.
  • You will oversee procurement processes, ensuring effective execution from prequalification to contract preparation.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or cost management (or equivalent).
  • Professional membership, such as MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), and moving towards fellowship.
  • In-depth knowledge of forms of contract.
