Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple complex projects that deliver innovative renewable energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience across electricity infrastructure delivery and operations, commercial aspects of the energy sector, contract and financial management, and project management.

Key qualifications include a background in business and project delivery, a Trade Qualification or bachelor's degree in engineering, and a Diploma in Project Management.

About the Role
  • Support early project phases including concept development and options analysis.
  • Prepare business cases and cost estimates to inform investment decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and execution in line with financial authority.
  • Manage engineering, construction, and procurement contracts.
  • Oversee scope changes and contract variations.
  • Monitor budgets and manage change requests as needed.
  • Coordinate contractor services and ensure compliance before mobilisation.
  • Lead operational readiness and project handover.
  • Report on milestones, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
You Will Have
  • A strong understanding of energy systems including renewables, generation, and distribution.
  • Proficient in energy systems planning and financial evaluation principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy, generation, and distribution assets.
