Our organization is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to oversee the development of cutting-edge data centre infrastructure in Western Australia.

This role will be instrumental in establishing our company's Perth campus, which will feature state-of-the-art facilities designed to support AI workloads at scale, secure office space, and a range of amenities tailored to customers' evolving needs.

  • Lead complex data centre construction projects
  • Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive innovation in construction techniques, materials, and technologies
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and internal governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration from design to handover
About you:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects; data centre or critical infrastructure experience is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership capabilities and track record of delivering complex builds in high-growth environments
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems in mission-critical facilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills
  • Passionate about innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
