Lead Energy Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Infrastructure Lead to join our Finance team on a permanent full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management of complex capital and development projects across our power portfolio, ensuring robust financial planning, reporting, and forecasting while partnering with key stakeholders to drive project success.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-impact energy infrastructure projects, contribute to strategic planning and performance, and strengthen collaboration between Finance and the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project financials, managing capital and development project forecasts;
- Preparing and presenting monthly project financial performance reports;
- Building trusted relationships with project managers and stakeholders;
- Strengthening financial acumen across project teams;
- Working with Financial Control and other teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial planning and analysis for capital projects, strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, excellent analytical skills, and ability to build relationships and collaborate across finance and operational teams.
