Job Title: Senior Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Leader to spearhead our operations in the West division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives and driving results-oriented solutions to improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with government departments, service providers, and external stakeholders to align our operations with the Hub Service Model and departmental strategic vision.

  • A deep understanding of integrated practice and community services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to provide authoritative advice and briefings to senior management and external stakeholders on government policy directions.

Key Responsibilities:
