Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support the Project Manager in delivering multimillion-dollar industrial projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure project success.
  • Monitor costs, variations, invoicing, and compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders, subcontracts, insurances, and payment schedules to maintain smooth project operations.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and trade packages to optimize project outcomes.
  • Assist with tendering, quote analysis, and procurement registers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster effective relationships and communication.
  • Monitor contract performance and project costs to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain accurate project registers and documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Issue and track subcontractor defects to completion to ensure high-quality results.
  • Manage procurement, scheduling, and deliveries to meet project deadlines and expectations.
  • Support Project Manager with claims, reporting, and contract payments to resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Track long-lead items, subcontractor performance, and progress to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure systems and documentation are accurate and up-to-date to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with safety protocols and regulations to protect personnel and assets.
Requirements
  • A strong background in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably in industrial projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, regulatory requirements, and project management processes.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to drive project success.
  • Proficiency in Procore and MS Office Suite is highly desirable.
