Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our Project Manager in delivering industrial projects across Sydney and Regional NSW. This permanent role involves effective contract management, cost control, and strong collaboration with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor costs, variations, invoicing, and compliance with SOPA/legal requirements
  • Manage POs, subcontracts, insurances, and payment schedules
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and trade packages
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor contract performance and project costs
