Electrical Maintenance Technician Job

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on heavy-duty machinery and electrical technology in the underground mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including earthmoving machines and other heavy-duty machinery.
  • Install and test electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain the integrity of electrical systems and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and implement troubleshooting strategies to resolve complex electrical problems.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and processes to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent).
  • Experience working on heavy-duty machinery, including earthmoving and agricultural equipment.
  • A valid Working at Heights certificate or ability to obtain one.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Aircon ticket – preferred.
