Director of Operations

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic leader to join our senior management team as Director of Operations.

The Role:

This key leadership position will oversee the operational growth and development of multiple venues, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial metrics and developing annual plans to drive revenue growth and ROI
  • Leading the charge in implementing new technologies and operational enhancements
  • Developing marketing strategies across individual divisions to increase brand awareness
  • Assessing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • A strong background in achieving financial goals and operational advancement
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Experience managing medium-sized hospitality groups with a focus on A la Carte and Cafe offerings
  • A diverse operational background spanning marketing, business development, and more
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to implement strategies to improve outcomes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on consistency across brands
  • Strong people skills with a focus on developing positive workplace and management cultures
