Haematology Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Haematology specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize opportunities for value creation for stakeholders and business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including oncologists, hematologists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Review customer engagement metrics to optimize communication channels and ensure regular interaction with target customers through various meetings and events.
  • Provide expert knowledge on clinical data and treatment benefits to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to drive business success and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Gather valuable insights from customers and communicate them effectively to internal teams to inform strategic initiatives.

About You

You possess a deep passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (essential).
  • 3+ years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative or similar capacity (essential).
  • Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology / Oncology landscape, including treatments and clinical data (desirable).
  • Product launch experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare system and multiple stakeholders within the Haematology / Oncology area.
  • Ability to prioritize external stakeholder requests and manage their expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within and outside the assigned territory.
