
Senior Haematology Specialist

The role involves leading and performing haematology investigations, providing scientific advice and leadership within the laboratory.
Responsibilities:- Conduct complex haematology investigations with accuracy and maintain expertise in laboratory units.
- Develop, implement, and improve supervised services in coordination with the laboratory team.
- Provide advanced level scientific advice, communication, and support to the district, clients, and peers relating to Haematology services.
- A tertiary degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent is required.
- Membership of a professional scientific association is advantageous.
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge and skill in haematology investigations.
- Significant experience in training, education, quality, or troubleshooting in a haematology laboratory.
