Exciting Role for NDIS Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled NDIS Coordinator to join our team and support our customers in navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective communication strategies to ensure information is presented professionally.
  • Stay up to date on the latest NDIS developments and share knowledge with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to delivering organisational NDIS strategy and objectives.
  • Support regular status reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist customers in making informed choices and exercising control over their lives.
  • Cross-sell our services to help customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working with customers and supporting barrier removal.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Formal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline an advantage.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
