Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Engineering & Compliance Manager.

This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of statutory and essential services compliance strategies across our prestigious Sydney CBD precinct.

You will manage fire safety and essential services compliance, coordinate internal and external audits, and oversee building compliance programs using advanced software platforms.

Additionally, you will audit and enhance preventative maintenance programs across critical building services, support capital expenditure planning, and contribute to sustainability and work health and safety initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in managing building compliance, statutory services, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Fire Safety Regulations, and AFSS compliance.
