Job Opportunity
This is a pivotal leadership role within the Operations Group where you will coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of workload through a team. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, allocate, and manage workload delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. They will also possess relevant qualifications and be eligible for security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the leadership team to plan and manage workload delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex tasks and organizational goals.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Working Conditions
- Hold a valid motor vehicle driver license.
- Participate in an after-hours roster as needed.
- Travel intra- and interstate, including overnight stays.
