Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end processes including vendor invoice processing, banking details verification, and payment runs.

Responsibilities:
  • Process approximately 50 vendor invoices per week via NetSuite across four AP inboxes
  • Verify banking details for new vendors, set up weekly payment runs in NAB, and perform credit card reconciliations, including receipt matching and coding
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
  • Develop comprehensive work instructions for all AP processes and clean up NetSuite vendor master data, identify and merge duplicate vendor records
  • Correct spelling errors, add missing bank details and remittance email addresses, and support implementation of a new AP approval workflow system and provide user training
  • Train users on credit card systems such as SAP Concur or similar platforms and participate in project work and transition activities as required
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in small-sized organisations within the financial services industry
  • Strong process improvement experience and ability to document work instructions
  • Able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
