We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Advanced Retail Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a retail environment through effective staff management and promoting a high-performing team culture.
  • Serve as a model for our service and sales standards, ensuring customers receive outstanding experiences while guiding store teams to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Promote the adidas brand values and products in a compelling and impactful way.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock replenishment on the shop floor.
  • Develop and train team members to enhance their service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to optimize inventory processing procedures and streamline stock-to-floor processes.
  • Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Visual Merchandising expertise.
  • Strong stockroom procedures knowledge.
