Project Coordination and Delivery

The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and high-quality results. As a proactive project coordinator, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive impactful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination: Work with external clients, capture project requirements, prepare project requirement documents, participate in tender processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and set up project monitoring tools.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strategies, maintain client relationships, communicate proactively, produce high-quality reporting, and ensure safety and reputational standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics is preferred, along with experience in complex industrial and/or commercial facilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, experience in project coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
