Job Description:

As a senior project coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing recommendations to improve processes within a team of lawyers and paralegals. You will work closely with the Deputy Crown Solicitor to drive initiatives and take ownership of tasks.

  • You will advise and collaborate with legal teams, IT specialists, and senior management to ensure consistent, efficient, and effective systems, processes, and procedures are implemented.
  • Additionally, you will complete governance and compliance reports to maintain transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2-6 years of management experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • Strong project and time management skills, allowing you to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong drafting skills, enabling you to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
