Human Resources Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

About the Job
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
  • You will be working closely with management and employees to resolve workplace issues and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Employee Relations
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the hiring process from job posting to onboarding
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular audits
HR Administration & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and management on HR-related topics
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
