About the Role

Care Connect is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Specialist to provide essential services to our clients in North Sydney, Chatswood, Lindfield, Cremorne, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal grooming and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, domestic duties, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.
  • Provide a strong care factor to clients, prioritizing their well-being at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Connect team to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care, or a Bachelor's or Diploma in Nursing (or completed first-year study towards it).
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience is not necessary, but a genuine interest in helping others is essential.
