Senior Civil and Structural Design Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Civil and Structural Engineer to lead the design delivery of mining and heavy industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in mentoring junior engineers.

About the Role

This role is responsible for leading the civil and structural design teams to deliver high-quality designs across various projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil and structural design delivery across mining and heavy industrial projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with clients and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of design projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEQ) or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Prokon).
  • Experience in mining and heavy industrial infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
