**The Role**

As our team's Ecommerce Manager, you're the go-to for driving our digital sales, enhancing our Community's digital experience, and ensuring the successful operation of our ecommerce platforms. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and strong collaboration with various teams within our brand

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage E-commerce strategies that align with our company goals and growth objectives
- Manage the day-to-day E-commerce platform (Shopify) and tech stack (eg. product uploads, landing pages, apps, CRO etc)
- Consistently review our technologies and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of CRO, UX and CX. Drive revenue growth by implementing and testing those technology improvements
- Analyse and map our community lifecycles and implement and test improvements
- Identify growth opportunities and trends, analyse and report to our leadership team
- Implement Community Experience initiatives to take our customer satisfaction to the next level; ensuring we're unreasonable in our hospitality to community
- Collaborate with our digital marketing and creative team to implement effective merchandising and promotions to drive revenue growth, and to ensure content is accurate, relevant and compelling to our audience
- Manage our external freelancers and agencies

**Essential Skills / Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in an E-commerce management role
- Experience in e-commerce software including Shopify as a core requirement
- A strong understanding of UX/CX and conversion rate optimisation
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the LSKD community, brand mission and values
- Actively identifies new areas for learning and needs to stay up to date and leading edge in area of expertise
- Strong communicator and clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
- Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time
- Passionate about our mission and our brand
