Job Role:

This is a part-time position responsible for assisting customers in purchasing uniforms. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure accurate sales and stock management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents, students, and staff members
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct uniform items based on their age or year group
  • Process payments for purchased items
  • Reconcile daily sales with received payments
  • Manage stock levels by accepting deliveries and restocking shelves
  • Perform annual stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Participate in maintaining a tidy work environment

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven organisation and time management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as part of a team
  • Fully supportive of the school's Christian ethos
