ICC Sydney Uniform Room Role Overview
We are seeking a casual uniform room attendant to join our Presentation Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient daily operations of the ICC Sydney Uniform Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the uniform and wardrobe facility within ICC Sydney.
- Supply uniforms for the entire venue on a 24 hour, 7 day roster basis.
- E nsure ICC Sydney meets cleanliness, hygiene, workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor operating equipment and respond to any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs.
- Perform timely repairs on all items of uniform, linen, and upholstery.
- Conduct alterations for new team members and handle basic alterations.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizen or permanent resident of Australia, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to work unrestricted in Australia.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster - Day, Afternoon & Night Shift.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Work safely and correctly, follow processes, procedures, and instructions from Presentation Services Management.
- Sewing knowledge and experience to conduct alterations and repairs.
