About the Role

This Financial Services Professional role plays a key part in providing customers with seamless banking experiences, meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on available digital solutions.

You will work in a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are not only satisfied but also strong advocates for our bank.

As a member of our Retail Banking team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, working in a dynamic environment that prioritizes employee development and career progression.

The role is based mainly in branches, and you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service, exceeding customer expectations, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with personalized banking experiences, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct thorough needs-based conversations to understand customers' financial goals and objectives.
  • Educate customers on available digital solutions and promote self-service capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
