Energy and Infrastructure Transaction Specialist

This role is for an Energy and Infrastructure Transaction Specialist to work in the sector of energy and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting M&A and capital markets transactions in energy, infrastructure, mining, and resources sectors.

  • Build financial models, perform valuations, and support due diligence
  • Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books and transaction documentation
  • Collaborate with senior specialists on deal origination, strategy, and client management
  • Conduct market and sector research to support deal execution and identify opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in energy, infrastructure, mining, or natural resources transactions.

They should possess strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills with a commercial mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required, along with the ability to motivate, adapt, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable, as is CFA certification.
