As Vice President in the Project Finance & Infrastructure Debt Advisory team, you'll lead the structuring and execution of complex, high-value transactions. You'll work closely with sponsors, investors, and government stakeholders to deliver innovative financing solutions across sectors including renewables, transport, and social infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end deal execution, from origination to financial close
  • Design and implement optimal capital structures and risk strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with key market participants
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends and risk allocation
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Ideal Candidate:

  • Significant experience in project finance or infrastructure debt advisory
  • Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or energy transactions
  • Strong financial modelling, credit analysis, and structuring capabilities
  • A well-established network in the infrastructure and energy sectors
  • Collaborative, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
