Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of our Inclusive Employment Australia program.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in driving contract and financial performance, quality and compliance standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will provide high-level advice, analysis, and strategic input to the General Manager, Employment Services, including self-directed business improvement initiatives.

  • Drive operational growth, stakeholder relationships, and contract compliance.
  • Lead high-performing operations in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
  • Make a difference supporting people with disability to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Drive a collaborative and positive team culture.

A proven track record in Senior Management roles, driving contract objectives and quality outcomes to achieve revenue and contractual KPIs is essential.

We welcome applicants from VIC, QLD, NSW, and SA with location flexibility available.
