Senior Performance Manager

About the Role

The Senior Performance Manager will provide essential information to employees, ensuring successful employment opportunities through referrals, placements, and outcomes. They will establish best practices in employer relationships and monitor key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and managing employees as well as operating effectively within a team environment
  • Provide valuable labour market insights to employees for successful career advancement
  • Set industry benchmarks in employer relationship management
  • Maintain and achieve strategic objectives and KPIs
Requirements
  • Degree in Commerce, Arts, Business, or Social Sciences; and/or
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business operations
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, coach, mentor, and manage employees as well as collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong understanding of local labour markets and industry trends
  • Track record of achieving results and meeting performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders and resolving conflicts
  • Strong analytical and interpretation skills with attention to detail for providing accurate advice
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including online content creation and website formatting
  • Personal integrity and respect for confidential information
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Valid driver's license and current Working With Children Check (for employment purposes)
