Project Leadership Opportunity
Take the helm of a $17 million industrial development project in Melbourne's western corridor. This challenging opportunity requires expertise in overseeing high-value construction and showcasing leadership skills in managing large-scale projects.
- Ensure safe, quality, and timely delivery of all on-site operations.
- Coordinate and manage a diverse team of subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
- Implement project plans, construction methodologies, and sequencing.
- Exercise rigorous control over schedule, budget, site logistics, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, QA/QC checks, and progress reporting.
- Liaise directly with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop junior site staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, particularly in industrial or large-scale commercial construction.
- Proven track record delivering projects in the $10–25 million range.
- Strong command of safety and quality standards, combined with practical construction expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations, OH&S practices, and industrial construction protocols.
- Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline are preferred.
