Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of high-value industrial projects in Melbourne's west.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to drive project success from inception through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Report regularly on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
  • Strong budgeting and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10-25 million range.
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
