Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales & Leasing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing administrative support in the property industry, advanced MS Office skills, strong communication skills, and good organisational skills.

  • Preparing sales campaigns, including organizing marketing quotes and creating ads.
  • Designing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Reviewing and preparing presentations and other documents.
  • Managing CRM databases.
  • Preparing property submissions using InDesign and custom-made templates in MS Word.
  • Client liaison and communication.
  • Preparation of agent profile documents.
  • Creating engaging presentations.
  • Providing general administrative support, including front desk cover.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional presentation and good organisational skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign is highly regarded.
