Maintenance Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of our community meet established standards for safety, appearance, and operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair
  • Conduct property and unit inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain the property's curb appeal and general cleanliness
  • Schedule and manage work orders and vendor contracts
  • Purchase materials and manage budgets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in apartment/multi-family maintenance
  • English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
  • Ability to pass a full background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge
