Key Role: Site Facilities Supervisor

Job Description:

This role is responsible for the overall management and delivery of facilities management services to a government-based client. As the key point of contact, you will be expected to respond promptly to all reactive service needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities maintenance works ensuring planned preventative and reactive services are scheduled and carried out on time with minimal disruption.
  • Work collaboratively with the site facilities manager to develop cleaning services schedules that promote efficient operations.
  • Partner with asset management specialists to ensure accurate recording of new assets and changes in asset condition.
  • Lead and manage the site facilities services team, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian citizen willing to obtain security clearances and hold relevant trade qualifications and registrations. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential.
